Please notify us within 3 days of delivery to process a refund. The refunded item must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Products must be in original condition; opened packaging other than the delivery package will not be accepted. The customer is responsible to any loss in value.
